Coaches offer you a safe and non-judgemental space, and honour you as the expert in your own life.
Coaching provides support and guidance to help you understand where you are now and focus on ways to live in the present and move forward, whatever your circumstances. Coaches offer you a safe and non-judgemental space, and honour you as the expert in your own life. They aim to support you to live with and beyond cancer, build resilience, develop emotional intelligence, and create a greater awareness of your situation.
All of our coaches have completed an accredited coaching course and undertake regular internal supervision and ongoing training. Coaching can take place either face to face or online.
